Ordering & payment

A 50% deposit is required before ordering hardware. The balance is payable before delivery. Optional team training sessions are available at additional cost.

Support scope

Support is limited to AI software setup and reinstall. Hardware warranty is provided via the UK distributor’s RMA process. We do not offer content creation or ongoing prompt writing as part of support.
